Pricing, answered
When do I get paid?
As soon as a sale completes, your 85% is sent to your connected bank account via Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds arrive within 2–7 business days.
Is the 15% inclusive of payment processing fees?
Yes. Stripe's payment processing fees come out of Muse Collection's 15%, not yours. You always receive exactly 85% of the listed sale price.
What if my artwork doesn't sell?
You pay nothing. There are no listing fees, no monthly fees, and no penalties for work that doesn't sell. You can update prices, take work down, or relist at any time — free.
Do I need to set up a Stripe account?
Yes — once approved, you'll connect a free Stripe account during onboarding. Stripe handles the secure transfer of your funds. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Can I set my own prices?
Absolutely. You set the price for every piece you list. Muse Collection does not dictate pricing, minimum or maximum.
Who handles shipping?
You set your own shipping cost per artwork in your dashboard. It's charged to the collector at checkout as a separate line item and passed through to you in full — Muse does not take commission on shipping. You're responsible for packaging, posting, and providing a tracking number once the work is dispatched.
